  My family was dealing with this company for years and have given them plenty of business and recommendations. There came a time when something went wrong with their work. Although the sons are very respectful and hard working, I can't say the same about the father! He became very hostile, arrogant and rude not willing to correct the mistake unless they squeeze more money out of me even when they were the ones that created the mistake. I was totally shocked that they didn't want to rectify their screw up since I was a loyal customer for so many years and so much business given to them worth thousands of dollars. I am in the market to doing some floors again and it's too bad I will not be calling them. Very poor and nasty customer relations. Very ungrateful do not appreciate good loyal customers. They're good until something goes the wrong way, then you're on your own. Oh well, their loss! Beware of what they say they will do and pray you don't have any issues with them!!!
